NBC provides strategic consulting, AI systems implementation, process optimization, and professional development services to businesses and professionals. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement provided prior to commencement.

Discovery Calls are complimentary and non-binding. They do not constitute the commencement of a formal engagement.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website
• Submit false or misleading information through any forms or assessments

4. Assessment & Diagnostic Tools

The Systems Readiness Assessment and any other diagnostic tools provided on this website are for informational purposes only. Results reflect general insights based on your responses and do not constitute professional advice. Specific recommendations for your business or career require a formal engagement with NBC.

5. Limitation of Liability

NBC provides its website and informational content "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.

6. Confidentiality

Any information you share with NBC during consultations or engagements will be treated as confidential. NBC will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver contracted services.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms for formal engagements are specified in your individual Service Agreement. Discovery Calls are complimentary. NBC reserves the right to suspend services if payment obligations are not met per the agreed schedule.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Discovery Calls may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time using the link provided in your confirmation email. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice where possible. Cancellation and refund terms for paid engagements are outlined in your Service Agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

NBC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
